Get Active in the LRU – Online training May 20 and June 6

Get Active online training session Get Active in the LRU

We’re running two sessions of our get active training this week: Wednesday 20th May 4-6pm and Sunday 6th June 1-3pm

Renters need to build our power now more than ever before! At a time when our communities’ livelihoods are disrupted and the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic threaten to make the housing crisis even worse it’s vital we get organised, skill ourselves up and grow our union together.

Following on from our previous three “Getting active in LRU” training sessions we’re excited to announce the first set of ONLINE “Getting Active” training! We’ll be holding regular sessions where we can come together to share our skills, knowledge, & ideas to build our community of renters that support each other and organise to transform the housing system!

If you’ve just joined as a member and want to get stuck in, or if you’ve been involved for a little while and want to know more about how the LRU works, this training is for you!

Let us know which training you’d like to attend by filling out the form below

We’re a members-led, campaigning union and we’re taking action to make sure all Londoners have a decent, affordable and secure home. Join our community today and become part of the movement to transform the housing system.
