Since we launched in 2018, the LRU won countless disputes against landlords to improve the lives of our members and won important campaigns against the government on evictions law.
We are now seeking a Field Organiser freelancer to work 22.5 hours a week from July for 3 months. This role will work mostly with our Lewisham and Tower Hamlets branches. The role will be focused around running outreach sessions and activating members.
This is an opportunity for someone to put their organising skills and experience to effective use alongside our incredible members and existing staff in two branches that have a strong track record of effective community organising.
The successful applicant will receive training, support and regular supervision.
