We’re a member-led, campaigning union taking action to transform the housing system and win homes for people, not private profit.
THREE REASONS TO JOIN LONDON RENTERS UNION
We’re a city-wide community of renters who speak with a united voice. We organise regular branch meetings, trainings, socials and other events.
You’ll get support from other London Renters Union members if you face a housing problem like your deposit being stolen, disrepair or the threat of eviction. We stand together against the landlords and estate agents who exploit us.
We’re taking collective action to make sure all Londoners have a decent, secure and affordable place to call home.
Sign up for updates and we’ll send you information about meetings, events and actions in your area.

END UNFAIR EVICTIONS
Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 makes it shockingly easy for landlords to evict renters. England is one of the only countries in Europe that allows private landlords to evict their tenants without having to give a reason. The London Renters Union is part of the #EndSection21 campaign.
