LRU Facilitator Training, 17th April 6-9pm
When: 17th April 2023 – 5:45pm – 9pm
Where: Main Event Space , Pelican House, 144 Cambridge Heath Road, E1 5QJ
Food, childcare and travel expenses provided.
This training is being created for active members who want to get more skills and tools to run effective, participatory and empowering meetings and workshops in the LRU.
Once you complete the training you will be added to the new LRU pool of facilitators and be invited to support in the delivery of the LRU Core Trainings, empowering members to get active and building renter power.
Come and join this evening training where we’ll learn and practice the fundamentals of training and facilitation, including:
📚 Introduction to facilitation and training
🛠️ Building agendas
⚙️ How to structure group sessions
🫱🏿🫲🏼 Making decisions together
❤️🔥 Creating accessible anti-oppressive spaces
😎 Practicing good facilitation
Participants will be supported to put their new skills into use in their LRU group or branch.
