In the early months of 2024, the union has been carrying out discussions in branches about the motion that was passed at our 2023 All Member Assembly calling to radically grow the union’s subs-paying membership.
The next stage of that discussion will be a union-wide meeting on Sunday 28 April open to all LRU members. We’ll discuss the ideas raised in branch discussions, deepen our shared understanding of what union membership is all about, and make an action plan for growing and strengthening our union through 2024 and beyond!
